FluentBooking: an agreement with every booking
Choose the workflow each event type starts, once. Whoever books a meeting, lesson or session is emailed the agreement with the time, host and place on it.
Before you start
- The plugin installed and this site connected (the getting-started guide).
- FluentBooking, active, with a calendar and an event type people can book.
- A form in SignSealer, under Forms & QR, made from the template the customer should sign. The plugin calls it a workflow.
What happens next
- Whoever books is emailed the agreement, with the time, the host and the place on it.
- FluentBooking's confirmation, and its receipt page, show a button to sign.
- A booking waiting for your confirmation or a payment starts its agreement once it is confirmed or paid. See who signed in SignSealer.
If something is not right
A booking is waiting for my confirmation and nothing was sent.
That is right: it starts its agreement once you confirm it in FluentBooking, so somebody you decline is never asked to sign.
The meeting is online. Why is there no location?
Only an in-person place is filled in as
location. A meeting link or a phone number is left out of the agreement.In a group event, who signs?
Each person who books has a booking of their own, so each is sent their own agreement.
And FluentBooking Pro?
Its round-robin, collective and multi-slot bookings have not been tested yet; its payments start the agreement once paid, as above.
