Bookly: an agreement with every appointment

Step by step

1. Open SignSealer → Bookings

   It is in the SignSealer menu while Bookly is active. Under Bookly, the first row is Every service, unless one below says otherwise; each service is listed under it. Start here's Bookly card has a Set up services button that opens it too.

2. Choose what they start

   Choose an agreement on the first row, and every approved booking starts it. For a service that needs a different one (a treatment's consent form rather than a class waiver, say), choose it on that service's row. A service left at — As every service, above — follows the first row.

3. Answer what the booking does not

   A booking fills in service_name, booking_date, booking_time, persons, staff (the staff member) and the customer's name, email and phone. Any other blank the agreement asks is listed under the row. Choose what of the booking answers it, or choose The answer typed here: and type the answer to use every time.

4. Save, and book one yourself

   Press Save. Then, logged out, book an appointment on your booking form with an email address you can read. That address is sent the agreement, and the form's last step shows a Next: sign button under Bookly's thank-you.
