What we store, and what we ask first

Two kinds of storage, and you are asked about one of them. The essential cookies below are set only when you sign a document or sign in. The analytics and advertising ones are set only after you say yes to them in the banner, and nothing from Google, Meta or LinkedIn is loaded before that. A signing page never loads any of it.
What is stored, and when
Only what is needed for something you asked for:

You are asked before any of it is set, your answer is recorded with the version of this page you were shown, and you can change it at any time.
Where it goes, and where it does not
With your yes, Google Analytics learns which pages of this site are read and from roughly where; Meta and LinkedIn learn that somebody who saw one of our advertisements came here. None of them is loaded on a signing page, a public form or the certificate check, and none of them ever sees a document, a signer's name or an address. Your answer is kept for a year in one cookie of ours, and you can change it above at any time.
What we hold about you
If you left an email address, we hold it and the date you gave it. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it — no account needed, and no explanation required.
