Booking Calendar: an agreement with every booking

Choose the workflow every booking on your calendar starts, once. Whoever books is emailed the agreement with the date, party size and their details on it.

Before you start

  • The plugin installed and this site connected (the getting-started guide).
  • Booking Calendar, active, with its calendar on a page (its [booking] shortcode or block).
  • A form in SignSealer, under Forms & QR, made from the template the customer should sign. The plugin calls it a workflow.

What happens next

  • Whoever books is emailed the agreement, with the date, how many people and their details on it.
  • Booking Calendar's message after booking shows a button to sign.
  • A booking waiting for your approval starts its agreement; an edited booking does not start a second one. See who signed in SignSealer.

If something is not right

There is no button after booking.

Booking Calendar can send people to a thank-you page of yours instead of its message (its settings, after booking). Then the email SignSealer sends is the way to sign.

I renamed the fields on its form.

The email is found in any email field. The name is read from fields named firstname (or name) and secondname, and the party size from adults and children (or visitors); renamed, those are left out, and a blank the agreement needs can be answered under the row instead.

I have several calendars (a paid edition).

Each calendar's bookings start the one workflow on the Every booking row. Separate rows for each calendar are not built yet.
