What the video covers

For businesses selling rentals, classes or tours with WooCommerce.

With the SignSealer plugin connected, open a product that needs an agreement. Under Product data, on the General tab, choose the SignSealer agreement it takes. The kayak rental takes the Kayak waiver. Then update the product.

Then choose when the agreement goes out, under Settings, SignSealer. When the order is paid. As soon as it is placed, paid or not. Or before payment, where the customer signs at checkout and cannot place the order until they have. For a rental paid at the dock, as soon as it is placed is the one to use.

Now the customer's side. They book the kayak and check out as they would anywhere.

When the order is placed, the thank-you page asks for one more step: the agreement, ready to sign. It is in their order email and their account too, so it can wait until they are at the dock.

The signing page carries the order: their name, and the kayak they booked. They agree to sign electronically, answer what it asks, and sign.

Back in WordPress, the order shows the agreement and where it stands. When it is signed, SignSealer tells the site, and the order notes record it.
