This rental request was made in Fluent Forms. It asks for the renter's name, email and mobile number, the equipment, and when they will pick it up and bring it back.
Under Settings, SignSealer forms, find it under Fluent Forms. It starts the Equipment rental workflow, which sends the two-page rental agreement. The email, name and mobile number come from their fields.
The agreement has boxes the business fills in when it is sent: the equipment, and the pickup and return dates and times. Under Blanks from the form, put each box's name, an equals sign, and the field that fills it, one to a line. Then straight to the signing page, and save.
The renter asks for a paddleboard, picked up on Monday the fifth of October at nine in the morning, and back a week later, Monday the twelfth, at five in the afternoon. They send the request.
The agreement opens with the rental filled in from the form: the paddleboard, October 5 at 9 am, and back October 12 at 5 pm. The renter can read those but not change them. They agree to sign electronically.
Then their own boxes: their name is filled in already, and they add their email, license number, initials beside each term, and printed name. Continue.
And they sign. The date beside the signature is the day they signed.
Back in WordPress, the request is in Fluent Forms' entries as it always is. The signed agreement, with the dates and times the form gave, is in SignSealer under Documents.
Open it there, and the signed copy is the agreement with every answer drawn in its box.
