Contact Form 7 keeps a form as tags. Open the rental request: each tag's name, like your email or pickup date, is how its field is known.
Under Settings, SignSealer forms, the rental request is listed by those names. It starts the Equipment rental workflow, with the email, name and mobile number from their tags.
Then the agreement's rental boxes, each from its tag: the equipment, and the pickup and return dates and times. This time, after they submit, show the form's own message with a link to sign. Save.
The renter asks for a tandem kayak for the week, picked up on the fifth of October at eight in the morning and back on the twelfth at four in the afternoon, and sends it. The form's own thank-you appears, with a link to sign the agreement.
The link opens the agreement with the rental filled in from the form. They agree to sign electronically, then fill in their own boxes and their initials.
And they sign.
Contact Form 7 keeps no entries of its own, so the agreement is found in SignSealer under Documents, signed, with the dates and times the form gave.
