SignSealer, Forms lists it under Ninja Forms. Open the form, then Emails and Actions, and add SignSealer.
Choose the workflow it starts, the Campground waiver. The email address and the name are merge tags, the way the form's own email is set up: the email field, and the name field. Then the mobile number, to text the link as well.
Below them, when they sign and what they see next. After the form is sent, and straight to the signing page, so the waiver is done before anybody pitches a tent. Done, then Publish.
Now the guest's side. They book a lakeside pitch, arriving on Friday, and press Book the pitch. Ninja Forms keeps the submission, and SignSealer starts the campground waiver with their name and email already on it.
They land on the waiver, made out to them. They agree to sign electronically, and sign.
