Get a Waiver Signed Before a SureForms Form Is Sent

For businesses taking bookings with SureForms.

This canoe hire form was made in SureForms: the guest's name, email, mobile number, and how many are in the canoe. Its SignSealer settings are in the form editor, under Form Settings.

Choose the workflow it starts, the Kayak waiver, and the fields that hold the email address, the name and the mobile number.

Then when they sign: before the form is sent. Pressing Submit opens the waiver over the form, and the form is only sent once it is signed. Save the SignSealer settings.

Now the guest's side. They fill in the form for two in the canoe, and press Submit. Nothing is sent yet: the waiver opens over the form, made out to them.

They agree to sign electronically, add an emergency contact, and sign. The waiver closes, and the form sends itself.

In SignSealer, the signed waiver is under Documents, signed before the form was sent.
