This guided trip sign-up was made in Gravity Forms: the guest's name, email, mobile number, the trip, and how many are paddling. Nothing about the form changes. The SignSealer plugin adds what happens once it is sent.
For businesses taking sign-ups with Gravity Forms.
This guided trip sign-up was made in Gravity Forms: the guest's name, email, mobile number, the trip, and how many are paddling. Nothing about the form changes. The SignSealer plugin adds what happens once it is sent.
Under SignSealer, Forms, find it under Gravity Forms. Choose the workflow it starts, the Kayak waiver. Then say which field holds the email address and which holds the name, and the mobile number, if you want the link texted as well.
Then choose what happens once they submit. Straight to the signing page means nobody turns up with the waiver still to do. Save.
Now the guest's side. They sign up for the island loop, two paddlers, and press Sign me up. Gravity Forms saves the entry as it always does, and SignSealer starts the waiver with their name and email already on it.
They land on the waiver, made out to them. They agree to sign electronically, add an emergency contact, and sign.
Back in WordPress, the sign-up is in Gravity Forms' entries. Open it, and its notes say when the waiver was sent, and when it was signed.
In SignSealer, the signed waiver is under Documents with everything else, started by the sign-up with nobody at the desk.
