This kayak booking form was made in WPForms: the guest's name, email, mobile number, the boat, and the day of their trip. Nothing about the form changes. The SignSealer plugin adds what happens once it is sent.

What the video covers

For businesses taking bookings with WPForms.

This kayak booking form was made in WPForms: the guest's name, email, mobile number, the boat, and the day of their trip. Nothing about the form changes. The SignSealer plugin adds what happens once it is sent.

Under Settings, SignSealer forms, every WPForms form on the site is listed. For the kayak booking, choose the workflow it starts, the Kayak waiver. Then say which field holds the email address, which holds the name, and which the mobile number.

Then choose what happens once they submit: straight to the signing page, the form's own confirmation with a link to sign, or nothing on the site, with SignSealer emailing them the link. For a booking at the dock, straight to the signing page. Save.

Now the guest's side. They fill in the booking and press Book the kayak. WPForms handles it as it always does, and SignSealer starts the waiver with their name and email already on it.

They land on the waiver, made out to them. They agree to sign electronically, add an emergency contact, and sign.

In SignSealer, the signed waiver is under Documents with everything else, started by the booking with nobody at the desk.
