This paddleboard lesson booking was made in Formidable Forms: the guest's first and last name, email, mobile number, and the lesson. Nothing about the form changes. The SignSealer plugin adds what happens once it is sent.
SignSealer, Forms lists it under Formidable Forms. Its SignSealer settings are in the form's own Settings. Choose the workflow it starts, the Kayak waiver. Then the fields that hold the email address, the first name and the last name, and the mobile number, to text the link as well.
Then choose when they sign, and what they see next. After the form is sent, and straight to the signing page, so nobody arrives at the lesson with the waiver still to do. Update the form.
Now the guest's side. They book the Saturday beginner lesson and press Submit. Formidable saves the entry as it always does, and SignSealer starts the waiver with their name and email already on it.
They land on the waiver, made out to them. They agree to sign electronically, add an emergency contact, and sign.
In SignSealer, the signed waiver is under Documents with everything else, started by the booking with nobody at the desk.
