Your team, and who can do what

What the video covers

For owners.

Everyone who works in SignSealer with you has a sign-in of their own, so what each person does is recorded under their name. Team is where they are: who is here, the role each one has, and since when.

To add somebody, invite them by email and choose their role. An owner has everything. An admin has everything but handing the business over. A manager sends, voids and drafts templates, staff send and run the counter, and a viewer can only look. The invitation waits here until they accept it, and you can withdraw it until then.

A role answers every permission by default, and one person can be set apart from it. Open them, and each permission says what the role gives and what they have now. Here, one member of staff may also void a document. The choice is theirs alone, and it stays if their role changes.

Removing somebody asks for a reason, and the reason is kept on the activity log with who removed them. Handing the business to somebody else has a page of its own, because only the new owner can hand it back.
