SignSealer has no passwords to steal. In Settings, How you sign in shows the ways into your account: a link by email, always, and Google or Apple if you have used them. Every one of them lands on this same account.

What the video covers

For owners and admins.

SignSealer has no passwords to steal. In Settings, How you sign in shows the ways into your account: a link by email, always, and Google or Apple if you have used them. Every one of them lands on this same account.

A passkey is the strongest way in. Your phone or computer makes it for SignSealer and keeps it behind its own lock, and a look-alike site cannot use it. Once you have one, every other way in asks for it too, so somebody who gets into your inbox still cannot get into your account. Adding one takes a minute, and the video Sign in without a password shows how.

Where you are signed in lists every browser that can get into your account right now, where it was, and when it was last used. A sign-in lasts thirty days, and ends by itself after twelve hours without use. Left a computer signed in at the counter, or lost a phone? Sign out everywhere else ends every one but this browser, at once.

With a larger team, single sign-on lets everybody at your company's domain sign in through your own identity provider: Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, anything that speaks SAML. It is on every plan, and an owner or an admin sets it up. At the top are the two values your provider asks for when you add SignSealer to it.

Then three steps, in order. Prove your domain, with a record we check every hour. Connect your provider, with its sign-in address and its certificate. Then require it. Until the first two work, that switch stays off, because it would lock everybody out. And one person you choose keeps the ordinary way in, so an outage at your provider never shuts you out of your own account.

Only an owner or an admin can change single sign-on, billing or the team. Everybody else's role decides what they can do, down to a viewer who can only look. The video Your team, and who can do what goes through each role.

And if you ever leave, closing the business is here, and only the owner can do it. The page says what closing does before you confirm: every key, tablet, webhook and connected app stops at once, and your records stay readable for thirty days. While a document is still waiting for a signature, it will not close. Type the business's name to confirm, or keep it open.
