What an E-Signature Evidence Pack Proves (Audit Trail and Certificate)

When everyone has signed, the document says so at the top, with two downloads. The signed copy is the agreement itself, sealed. The proof of signing is the same file with every message, every notification and the record's state printed after it: one file to hand an insurer or a court.

What the video covers

For insurers, lawyers.

When everyone has signed, the document says so at the top, with two downloads. The signed copy is the agreement itself, sealed. The proof of signing is the same file with every message, every notification and the record's state printed after it: one file to hand an insurer or a court.

Under it, each person who signed, and how they were reached: here, given the link directly. Others read reached by email, reached by text, or signed in person on your own tablet, with the wording they agreed to before signing. It records how the person was reached. It does not claim to have checked who they are.

Every signed document carries a certificate code. Anybody holding it can check it on signsealer.com, without an account, and see that the certificate still matches the record behind it.

Someone holding the file itself can go further. Paste its fingerprint, the long code their computer prints for it, and the page compares it with the one recorded when it was signed. Nothing is uploaded. When it matches, it shows who signed.

And if the file had been changed, by so much as one character, the fingerprint would be different, and the page says so.
