When a whole group needs the same document, a school trip, a team, a Saturday tour, you do not have to send it one person at a time. Send to a list takes the spreadsheet you already have, gives every person their own copy and their own link, and checks every row before anything goes out.
For camps, clubs, schools, anyone with a roster.
When a whole group needs the same document, a school trip, a team, a Saturday tour, you do not have to send it one person at a time. Send to a list takes the spreadsheet you already have, gives every person their own copy and their own link, and checks every row before anything goes out. Start by choosing the agreement.
It tells you exactly what the file needs: a column for the name, one for the email, and one for each blank in the agreement, here the guest's name. A mobile number is optional, for sending by text. Export the list from your spreadsheet as a CSV file, and choose it.
Every row is checked before anything is sent. Four are ready, and one is not: that email address is missing its ending. Nothing goes out while a row cannot go, because a list half sent is worse than a list refused. Fix it in your spreadsheet, or in the pasted list here, and check again.
Now all five are ready. Give the list a name, so you can find it again in a month, and send. Each person gets their own agreement, filled in with their own details.
And Waiting on people shows everyone on the list who has not signed yet, with a reminder for each of them, or for all of them at once.
