A number typed on SignSealer's own signing pages is recorded for you. One you took somewhere else, like your booking form, goes in here: the number, where you took it, and the exact words the person agreed to. Those words have to cover replying STOP, help, rates and the rest, so the page gives you wording you can copy onto your own form.
Now send as usual, and give a mobile number as well as, or instead of, an email address. The link goes to both. Each person still gets a link of their own.
A number nobody recorded consent for is not texted. The document still goes by email, the text is held, and the Texting page says which number, and what to do about it.
What the text says is yours to change, under Settings, in Messages. It leads with the name the carriers registered, then your business's name, the document and the link, and STOP and HELP are added for you. See it filled in shows the text as it will arrive. Quiet hours hold texts overnight, but never the link for somebody who is signing right now.
