Integrations bring bookings in from the system you already take them in. When a booking arrives, SignSealer works out what each guest owes from your requirements, and can send it straight away. At the top is what you have connected: here, Hostaway, for the cabins.

Integrations bring bookings in from the system you already take them in. When a booking arrives, SignSealer works out what each guest owes from your requirements, and can send it straight away. At the top is what you have connected: here, Hostaway, for the cabins. Below it is every system we connect to, grouped by kind. Each card says where it stands: in beta, waiting on the provider to approve us, or planned.
To connect one, press Connect. It asks for the keys that system gives you for SignSealer, and says where to find them. Then choose what happens when a booking arrives: send what the guest owes straight away, or build the list and wait for somebody to press Send. And whether a canceled booking voids what nobody has signed yet. The keys are checked with the provider before anything is saved, and never shown again. Ours is already connected, so cancel this, and open it.
A connection's own page says how it is doing. The last two weeks in numbers: what arrived, what was done, and what is waiting. Then the address Hostaway sends bookings to, which SignSealer registered with Hostaway for you when you connected. Below that is every booking that arrived, and what happened to it: how many documents it needed, and how many were sent.
This one gave up. Hostaway did not answer when SignSealer asked it for the reservation, and after five tries it stopped. Nothing is lost: the booking is kept. Once Hostaway is answering again, press Try again, and it goes back in the queue to be worked.
Further down are its settings: its name, and what happens when a booking arrives. If you change the keys in Hostaway, or it stops accepting the old ones, give it the new ones here. And if the address might have been seen by somebody it should not have been, press New address. The old one stops answering at once, and the new one is registered with Hostaway for you.
Pause keeps what arrives and works it when you resume. Disconnecting is for good. Say why, and press Disconnect. Its key is revoked and its address closes. The reservations and documents it made stay, with where they came from.
Connected apps is under Developers. When another product asks to work with your account, it sends you to SignSealer to agree, and once you do, it is listed here. Each one shows what it may do, when it was connected, and when it last did something. The SignSealer plugin for WordPress is listed here too, once a site is connected.
To cut one off, say why and press Disconnect. Every key and token it held stops working that minute, and the reason is kept on your activity log, with who disconnected it.
