What the video covers

For owners, admins.

Every email and text a signer gets from you has wording SignSealer wrote, and you can change it. It is in Settings, under What a signer reads.

Here is every message: the signing request and the reminder, each by email and by text, the signed copy that goes to everyone at the end, its confirmation by text, and the renewal reminder. Each says when it goes out, how it starts, and whether the wording is ours or yours.

Open the reminder. The words in double curly brackets are blanks, filled in as it goes out, and the list says what each one becomes. This one has to keep the link, or the person is reminded about something they cannot open. Add a line of your own, then see it filled in before you save, exactly as it will arrive.

Save it, and from the next reminder it goes out in your words. To go back to ours, open it again and press Use SignSealer's wording.

The texts work the same way, and are best kept short, because a text is charged by its length on every send. Reply STOP to opt out, and Reply HELP for help, are added for you. A few things stay as they are: the one-time code a signer types, and anything SignSealer sends as itself, like sign-in links and receipts.

Above the list is when texts go out. Until you choose your timezone, a routine text waits until the hour is polite in New York and Los Angeles at once. Choose yours, and keep or change the quiet hours. They apply to texts only, never to somebody signing right now, and emails always go straight away. The same timezone dates every signature.

When everybody has signed, each signer is emailed the sealed copy. That is always on. A confirmation by text is your choice, and off until you turn it on, because it is a second text.

Last, who the mail is from, and where replies go. Those are on Brand, and you can set them on any plan. Put your business's name, and the address a signer's reply should reach, then save.
