For everyone.
Your signers see your business before they see ours. This video covers what you can brand on every account, how to check it before anybody else sees it, and what white label adds on top. It all starts under Settings, in Brand.
At the top is white label, which we will come back to. Under it is your brand. The note says what is yours to set now: the sender name, the reply address, the footer and your logo. The boxes that are greyed out unlock with white label. Only an owner or an admin can change this page.
Start with your logo, an SVG or a PNG, for a light background. It goes above the document your signers read, at the head of the signed PDF, and on top of your mail. Below it, the name your mail is from, the address replies go to, and a line for the foot of your mail. Leave the name empty and your business's own name is used. Then save.
Saved. The previews below are the real thing, not a mock-up: the signing page, the email, the counter tablet and the page after signing, each drawn from what you saved. Here, Fern Hollow's logo sits above the document and on top of the email, in SignSealer's colors.
White label is twenty-five dollars a month, from your credit, with the membership. It puts your business's name where ours is, your colors on the signing page and in the mail, a second logo for the dark bar across the top, and a picture for your tablet app to open on. Switching it on is one button, and the video Put your own name on it walks through it.
White label also brings your own domains. Back in Settings, this card moves your signing links onto a host of yours, like sign dot your business dot com, and your mail onto another, so it is never marked as sent via us. You publish the records it gives you at your DNS provider, and it checks them every few minutes. Without white label, the card says it is an add-on.
One thing never changes. Every signed document carries a certificate, and anybody can check it here, at signsealer.com, without an account. With white label on, our name leaves the bar and the foot of the signing page, but the link to check the certificate stays at the foot of it.
