A three-minute tour of the SignSealer dashboard: the Overview, Waiting on people, Documents, Templates, Forms & QR, Apps & tablets, Team, Billing, Settings and Support, and what each one is for.
For new customers, owners.
This is a tour of your dashboard: the sections you will use, and what each one is for. It starts on the Overview. A new business sees the rest of setting up at the top: agreeing to our terms, your address and details, how documents reach people, your logo. All of it is optional, each item links to where it is set, and Hide this list puts it away. Below it are the jobs most people come for: send a document, collect from a group, make a new template, and see who has not signed yet. Then the counts, and what you sent most recently.
Waiting on people is the list to chase. Everyone who still has something to sign is here, the longest wait first. One button reminds them all with a fresh link, and anybody reminded in the last hour is left alone.
Documents is everything you have sent, newest first. Search by a title or by who it went to, or show only what is signed, still waiting, or voided. Open one to remind somebody or, once everyone has signed, to download the signed copy.
Templates is the wording people sign. New template walks you through it: upload a file you already have, write it here, have a first draft written, or start from the library. Drafts wait at the top. Publishing fixes a template, so what somebody signed never changes underneath them, and each one's More menu holds the rest: revising it into a new version, its history, a blank copy to print.
Forms and QR are the ways people sign without you sending anything: a QR code on a sign at the dock, a link on your own website, or a tablet on the counter. The kayak waiver here has its own address, and a QR code to print.
Apps and tablets is for the SignSealer app on a phone or a tablet. Name a tablet, tick the forms it runs, and you get a code to type into the app. It never holds your API key, and a lost tablet is one Stop button here.
Team is everybody who signs in with you, each with their own sign-in and a role, from owner to viewer, so what each person does is recorded under their name. Invite somebody by email here.
Billing is your membership and your credit. The extras, like texting and white label, and the signings after each month's free ones come out of credit. It shows what this month has cost so far, and you can set a spending limit.
Settings is in three groups. You: how you sign in, and your passkeys. Business and brand: your business's details, your brand, and what a signer reads in the emails and texts they get. And signing: how documents reach people, and what signers are asked for before they sign. At the foot, you can download all your records.
And Support is where you ask us. Ask our documentation first, and it answers from our own pages or says it does not know. If that does not help, open a ticket, and a person answers, here and by email.
Under Advanced are the connections to your booking system, the keys and webhooks for developers, and Requirements, which work out who has to sign what from a booking. That is the whole dashboard.
