The booking you did not chase
An Airbnb reservation lands at 11pm. By morning the guest has the agreement for that property in their inbox, and nobody on your team copied a name into anything.
The hot tub only one house has
Your requirements say the hot-tub waiver goes with the listings that have one, to every adult. The reservation's listing decides it; you set the rule once.
The stay that was cancelled
Guesty marks the reservation cancelled. The agreement nobody signed is voided with that reason, and anything the guest already signed stays on file.
How it works
Connect once
Create an OAuth application in Guesty for SignSealer and paste its client ID and secret. SignSealer checks them with Guesty and registers its webhook for you.
Guesty tells us
Each new or changed reservation is signed by Guesty and verified before anything is read. SignSealer then reads the reservation and its guest from Guesty's API.
Your rules decide
The reservation, its dates, listing and guest counts meet your requirements. The guest is sent what they owe, and the packet shows what is still outstanding.

Where it stands: beta
It is built against Guesty's published Open API and tested against it on our side; it has not yet run against a live Guesty account. It uses the Open API credentials you create yourself, which needs no partnership — the Guesty Marketplace listing is a separate programme we have not joined yet. Links go by email. They go by text only to a guest whose consent to receive texts from you is on file in SignSealer: a booking system knowing a phone number is not that guest agreeing to be texted, and SignSealer never treats it as if it were.
Getting started
About five minutes.
Step 1
In Guesty: Integrations → Developer tools → OAuth applications → New application, named SignSealer.
Step 2
In SignSealer: Integrations → Guesty → Connect, and paste the client ID and secret.
Step 3
Choose whether bookings send straight away or wait for you, and check your requirements say what each stay needs.

Questions
Does this use Guesty's Marketplace?
Not yet. It uses Guesty's Open API with credentials you issue from your own Guesty account. Guesty asks Marketplace partners not to use Open API keys and vice versa, so the two are separate; when we join the Marketplace it will be its own connection.
Will guests get the same document twice when a reservation changes?
No. SignSealer recognises each guest by their Guesty ID, so a change of dates or an extra night updates the reservation and sends nothing that was already sent. A new guest on the booking is sent only what they owe.
How many API calls does it make?
One read of the reservation per change, and an access token kept for its full day. Guesty allows five tokens per application per day and SignSealer never asks for more than one.
Can guests get the link by text?
Links go by email. They go by text only to a guest whose consent to receive texts from you is on file in SignSealer: a booking system knowing a phone number is not that guest agreeing to be texted, and SignSealer never treats it as if it were.
What happens if Guesty rejects our credentials?
The connection says so on your Integrations screen and stops working events until you paste new credentials. Reservations that arrive meanwhile are kept and worked as soon as it is fixed.
